Not got the foggiest mate - I used the width as I was given it and trimmed the lenth to suit. But measure from the top of main rack frame (not the top rail) down to the roof and multiply by 1.5-2.0 should do you. You want to sweep is forwards a bit to get that curve making it more aerodynamic - see my pics.

meeting the wetsuit factory tomorrow... there MAY be a group by on cut to size neoprene, need a precise measurement from someone to haggle with though... one wife.......livid

And I can still get strips of clear protective vinyl at a good price to go on the roof protecting the paint from grit, gravel and general scratches caused by the neoprene rubbing on the roof
Don't imagine it would cost much posted out. What do you think 15, 20, 25cm wide ? "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

would be best if someone that has it already measures up ..but willing to get some if no one else can
