Face Level circular vents not all blowing at same strength..

If you were to number the face level vents 1, 2, 3 & 4 from left to right, the No. 2 vent on my (LHD D4) dosen't appear to have as much pff as the other three.

Perhaps I am being thick but I don't believe that you can regulate these vents individually other than adjusting the direction of the flow..

Am I doing something wrong here or is the No.2 vent weak. I suppose there could there be a blockage somewhere...

Are u sure flow not turned down by horizontal wheel underneath?
