| Face lift D4 mirrors on D3, wiring question. |

I’ve a pair of power folding heated D4 mirrors with indicator here to fit on my D3, they have a 16 terminal plug with 11 terminals used. My D3 mirrors were power folding/heated/memory with 2 plugs, 10 and 6 terminals, 7 used in the 10 and 4 in the 6.
Has anyone done this modification and have all functions working? I seen another post were the OP had a lesser spec mirror without memory.
I’ve got the female plugs from the D4 door looms and I’m picking the terminals and swapping the plugs over to the D3 loom on my car.
There is a variation in colours from the D3 and D4 so it’s not as easy as matching colour.

If there’s an interest in this mod for the D3, I’m sure Emmet and I could do a how to or give direction to any would be modders. It’s not quite a straight forward plug and play as it is for the Disco 4 or 10 to 13MY RRS. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

I would be happy to read that how-to ! 
I do not have an immediate need for that, but I am always looking to learn new tricks and might come handy in the future.
