Face lift wing mirrors with parking censor ?

Just brought some wing mirrors that have puddle light camera and a parking censor fitted in it what’s the censor for then how’s that work on the bottom of a mirror

Yes just been reading that was gonna ask if it could be retrofitted but thought about it more I would never take my baby in deal water

Did this have the camera location or did you retrofit the camera in there?

Already had camera light and wade censor
Bloke was mad at 170 each snapped them
Up well quick although cameras don’t work on my car as too new Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

Yes what I have learned is the 2014+ cameras don't work as they are different pin and frequency. What I have done is kept original cameras and modified brackets on the face-lift front bumper to take the old camera. I guess I would need to do the same for the side mirrors. I don't really care about wade sensing. Do you know where to find anymore newer mirrors? Do mirrors of a vogue or another model fit? The base looks to be the same.

Gap told me that
2009-2012 4 pin cameras only work
In that years
2012-2014 4 pin cameras same connectors but won’t work with pre 2012
2014 6 pin connector won’t work with pre 2014
As I found out a 2012 module starting with ch won’t work on pre 2012
Anything for 2009-2012 is maximum ah starting number Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

No only d4 facelift mirrors
As rr sport used to be the same but facelited ones are now different

I got mine on eBay just keep
Looking and bide u time that’s what I done
