It’s not good results on a veg diet !! We have been trying to eat more heathy since new year as im a little short fat er and need to drop 4 stone in 12 months is the plan
Results for the first month ;
I now produce enough gas to heat a small town
Julia now gets up first to make the tea , as afraid bedroom is going to explode
Have now started drinking the mouth wash at bed to add a hint of mint to the morning aroma
BUT have lost 6 lb -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.
