I think, to answer the OP, that the car looks a decent and well presented vehicle. The advert and dealer presentation is of the type that would attract me to look into it further if it was a car I was after.
As per other posts, four matching premium tyres is always a good start, the service history seems to check out and I would add I think it unreasonable to expect LR dealer service at this age/miles.
As to price that is more tricky as I am sure you are, subconsciously maybe, comparing it to all the others out there a grand or more cheaper but all possibly "not quite as good" here and there. You get what you pay for generally and there will be a bit of mark-up obviously at a dealer.
Not sure you'll haggle much off TBH, small indy places generally pretty good on prices and margins but got to be a few hundred quid in it?
Only you can decide, when you've seen and tried this and maybe a few more, what you are getting for the cash but this looks a good one to my thinking.
My 07' XS didn't have sat-nav and I preferred the cubby box and a £100 TomTom unit over a twelve year old OE bit of kit these days....

WBAC valued my D3 XS with 73000 miles on the clock at £5000. If only! Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

Any Thoughts on this?
It's ready for belts within the next year as they were done in 2013 at 82k miles but I know an independent who will do me a good price.
Recent MOT had advisory for brake pipes being corroded / covered in grease so not particularly worried there.
Seems a decent price, I know its a little higher mileage eat 138k but the service intervals have been every 12k religiously all by LR or independents.
It's not far from where I live so can view tomorrow morning.

Fair enough, but at the age your looking at i'd be more concerned about how well they had been maintained than the colour. When these things go wrong they will very quickly empty your wallet. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

I just tried WBAC for my 230K 55 plate D3 HSE.
They said £1863, which actually surprised me, although I know they start knocking lumps off when they actually see the car.
The last dealer that looked at it for a part-x said £800.
Nasher. Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.
