Farewell my luvverly - 2007 D3 HSE. Undoubtably the best vehicle I have ever owned (I was taught to drive in a LR so I'm rather fond of them) and it's bye-bye on Friday when I join the D4 gang. 135000 miles and never a hiccup. I'm actually feeling quite guilty about trading her in for a younger model but I'll get over it in time.............I will, won't I?
A big FFRR tempted me for a while but, well, you'll all understand why I've stuck with the Disco. Now I can look forward to fretting about every tiny sound, twitch and wobble but in a new way. At least I'll have you lot still so that makes me feel better. A 2012 HSE with FSH, 12mth warranty, and 62K on the clock so I'm a happy teddy.
New bits ordered already.
