Fault alarm on the iidtool ref throttle position

PCM-Engine Diesel 3.0L
• P2621-16 (2F) Throttle position output - circuit low - General electrical failure - circuit voltage below threshold
( on 18-06-2020 15:31:58 at 113075 km )

Anybody ever had this fault, and if so do you know what it actually means? car still appears to be running okay nothing seems to be different with the throttle response.
