Hi.
Just as an update, Removed the pump and put the air line to the pipes as per Martin's post.
Re-attached the pump, and performed a pump test. Instead of a veeerrry slow drip into the container had a nice quick drip.
Managed to run the heater test without error logged.
Hopefully problem sorted.--- Blocked pipe...

The feed pipes to the pump do clog with out of the tank 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Hi.
Seems to be ok now, it has been a bit unreliable in starting up since sorting the fuel supply issue, so used the blowing air technique down the intake... That works well.....Then adjusted CO2 setting up in the diags to run the heater fan harder. Guess I'll give it a while and then turn it back down to see.
I believe the heater is progressively burning cleaner and better.
I think it must have been a bit sooty and carbonised.
