FBH Temp sensor replacement

Good evening, my fbh is not cutting out when it gets to temperature. Fired up today using BAS tele starter and temperature got up 88 degrees centigrade. I've ordered some new sensors. Question is, how easy are they to replace? do I need to remove the whole unit?
