Fbh voltage

Hi all
As much as I hate to ask a question about the FBH I cant find answer anywhere.
When I start mine from the key fob it starts fine and runs for a few mins then shuts down.
Checked for faults with my iid tool and it says something like voltage below threshold level.
The voltage when the Fbh is running (engine off) is 12.9v.
So, question is, surely this voltage can’t be too low?
