Feedback - Who's online
Martin,
Is it technically possible to include the who's online stats (from the bottom othe Home Page) onto the bottom of the 'New Posts' search result page. Just at thought, as it might allow us to see who was online and might be around to contribute to postings, without having to go off to the Home Page and then backwards again to the Search.
What does anyone else think? Coffeecup

I'm not sure if it's an easy fix, but I might be able to do it, just for you
It's not a quick modification though, need to do it properly as well so give me a day or two 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Was thinking of asking you the same thing actually boss, can we have the header on there too?
'Our users have posted a total of 18644 articles
We have 334 registered users'
Ideally it would be nice for each member to be able to select a prefered refresh rate for the page, but maybe I'm pushing my luck with that request

I'm suprised BN didn't ask for this, as it must be for the glory of being the 19,000 post, the 20,000 post Coffeecup

No I am slowing down now, done my job, got everyone fired up and the site is top class. I'll just give it a kick when needed now.
Trying to get the other site on fire now, but it is catching up with the RRS site. Are we growing quicker web boss or slower than RRS on the boat site?

Boats site is still slower, the RRS site was a bit quicker to pick up and is fairly busy now. I'm sure the boats site will pick up once word gets round 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

There should now be a refresh rate box at the bottom of the new posts screen where you can choose a refresh rate.
Please try it and let me know if/how it works 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

I know it doesn't remember at the minute, am looking into that but thought you might like the option 'unfinished'
It's a fine work in progress

No, trying to keep the bandwidth down. Guess who (after me) the top two bandwidth users are?
The refresh rate picker seems to work fine, considering it's a bit of a nasty JavaScript hack 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
