This would appear to be same fault mine has developed today, think I am going to ring the dealer tomorrow and try and get it booked in. Anyone know a good surgeon to remove an arm and leg?

Dealer's just rang, diagnostic suggests front corner valve is faulty but they want to charge me another £170 (on top of the initail £70 diagnostic fee) to take the bumper off and have a look. Big Cry

Just spoken to my local LR bod... and he says it's more likely a sensor or wiring issue due to the wet/cold snap we've had...

If it was a faulty valve then the disco wouldn't be running level?

I have a faulty valve at the moment and the car is stuck but completely level in normal height.

I found a compressor upgrade kit in one of the older post on here and it includes a new valve.
TLO is looking into it at the momemt.

Like I said, TLO is looking into it.
The thing is that most stealers will replace the compressor when its faulty even when its just the filter or dryer. Most stealers don't know or don't care about this easy and cheap fixes and rather replace the complete part.
Might just as well be that the same thing goes for the valve issue. In 2006 is costed GBP 7.50+vat!!

Hope this isnt a daft question, but where is the filter or dryer situated?
