Finally Scratched an Itch.

After looking for about 3 years, I’ve finally got myself a D4 HSE

I was seriously looking during the pandemic, but the prices were getting ridiculous, so I gave up.
Since they’ve come down quite a bit I’ve been more interested.
This is a 63plate with 110k miles on it. It’s got a full dealer service history, and is immaculate.
It’s got Range Rover 21inch alloys on it.
It doesn’t matter as it’ll never go far off road.

Here it is with its older brother.

Can’t fault it, although I’ve mainly driven manual cars , so it’s a bit strange at the moment.

That’s looks great.

You’ll find it rides a lot more comfortably on smaller rims though. Thumbs Up

It wasn’t as comfortable as the others I’ve tried with smaller wheels, , but the rest of the car was spot on , so I thought I’d go with it.
I have thought about some smaller wheels with winter tyres on though.

My preference was for aftermarket 18” rims (Land Rover 18” s will not fit) but 19” rims are fine and cheap ish to buy used.

Depending on were you live, I’d not bother with winter tyres, I’d go for a good all season tyre such as Michelin Cross Climate SUV. They’re good for all year round. Thumbs Up
