The other thing you can try is searching the reg plate in Google with quotations (") either end.
I have found old cars in dealer photos that way in the past.
When I searched my Land Rover I found this Land Rover(s) : '10 Discovery 4
Other daily: '13 Seat Exeo ST 170
Toys: '95 VW Corrado VR6 | '96 VW Golf GTI 16v | '91 VW Golf GTI 16v

Sadfully there is no easy way of finding your old car, DVLA wont give out information on the current owner to the public, especially now with GDPR rules
only way is hoping to find it on google like someone said already , i keep looking for my first car every so often ( Land Rover Series 3 REC 284Y if anyone here has it ) because id love to buy it backDiscovery 3 - Black SE with HSE upgrade
I've tried every possible variation of format - I won't waste space by including screen prints.
Two of my cars have had personal plates, if you search by the non-personal registration the searches work as one might expect.

Are all the letters upper case? Didn’t think it mattered , but the J looks lower case on your screen shot.Gary
