Most dealers are in Barcelona at the moment driving and learning about new D5.
New advert to be broadcast this weekend featuring Ben Ainslie so expect to see a lot of proper road tests in press over coming weeks.
It will be interesting to see what they say about looks and most importantly how new 2.0D drives!
Personally I think the back looks funny from photos but as with all new LandRover models including RangeRovers, they tend to grow on you as time go by, so maybe it will be same with this model.

I managed to have a really good look at one yesterday, even got showed some of the functions available from the boot, i.e. lower the suspension, tow bar, all seats can be lowered, it was next to some vogues and similar size, everything about the d5 looks spot on except that off set number plate, it does look huge though and extremely fat but it a good way if that makes sense.

The D4 is instantly recognisable by it's unique design. The D5 could be from any number of manufacturers.
I'm set in my (old) ways, but I still prefer the D3/D4 shape.

Is it not a bloat of D5's? Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Member of Gloucestershire & Worcestershire 4x4 Response.

As a matter of interest. Does the suspension lower only with air suspension or will it lower on coil springs too?

I forgot to add that I waved at the lady driver as she past (left handed) butt got nothing back
I quite liked the look of it though but prefer the D4 although I agree it's probably a bit dated now.
P.S. In Germany at the moment, near Stuttgart and spotted a D4 today Iggy/Ieuan
