It's here!
Wrong wheels and missing some accessories, but anyway. REALLY pleased with the colour having almost ordered it blind.
Coris is apparently the new Orkney, but I'm guessing you know that.

Thanks.
Pleased with the tinted window / causeway grey interplay - think I have seen aftermarket tinted cars on the road which are Orkney Grey and really didn't like them, but my combination looks great.
In other news, I can fit the wife's golf on the drive as well as the disco which is an unexpected bonus.

I ordered the 20" 10 split spoke ones.
Have now just discovered the ones I have are £700 cheaper than these, but I've been charged like £800 - £1000 for them. I also don't seem to have the invoice or order for my car.
Given I also asked for sill protectors which are also missing, I'm a little annoyed given I don't actually know what I've paid for now - ordered the car and have original order form, but amended a couple of weeks later with the wheel change on the phone.
The "unveiling" in the showroom - they put a big sheet over the car and pulled it off at handover was rather dampened by my immediate assertion that the wheels weren't what I'd ordered.

That's a great looking car. It's a pity that the wrong spec, has put a bit of a downer on what should have been a great experience when you pick up a new car.

It's the car you'll be getting into everymorning, not the dealer.
You'll no doubt be happy with your purchase

Another random bit of info:
The car had 30 miles on it at pickup. I haven't reset the trip computer (which I should have really) and the AVG consumption over the first 100 miles is like 8mpg - I think the first few miles involved a lot of neutral, or just duff data.
Fuel gauge still showing max from first full fill from dealer. Will probably refill and reset trip to get a better idea this afternoon.
ABSOLUTELY love car as a family vehicle.
Took them out yesterday. It was just brilliant. Loads of room, quiet.
Much better than a saloon or estate of any brand.
If I want something to play with, then a cheap MX-5 or something will be an idea I think.
