Blackvue is at the top of the window, provides a nice view but you can see the heater element.
You can barely see the heater element on my rear blackvue camera (its mounted top centre of the rear window) - just the occasional slight shadow depending on the light. I have factory privacy glass is that the same as yours?
Mine is tint film, its not too bad thou as you can see

That is really nice ending.
I must say that despite the doom and gloom reported in the press people do recognise and reward favours such as this. I don't mind helping people and I do things for forum members too and I do not ask for a penny. But most people still give me a gift and whilst some gifts verge on the random they always bring a smile.
Generally people are fantastic.

I pulled an elderly couple & a FFRR out of some snow last year as they had both come off the road, FF driver wanted doing 1st, not a chance when there's two 70 year olds (gent with dementia & his sister) cold & worried.

Id be interested in a good rope as my ones definitely not up to that job and I don't want to end up with expensive crap off ebay when trying to buy something that looks and sounds good but isnt!
How did u manage to record the footage of the camera?

I keep looking at recovery gear but not sure what to get, for some reason I seem to favour straps over ropes but maybe someone could educate me.
Then we come to shackles what do you use?.Displaced Yorkshireman.

I keep a 4tonne strop and shackles in my car. Its amazing how often they get used. I got stuck at Longleat on Tuesday . Got pulled out by another D3. I'd still be there if I didn't have my strop. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)
