Thanks guys Thumbs Up .
Mr T that is one I considered but thought the shackles looked under spec for the strength of the strap, I could always buy heavier shackles of course, think I need to get one ordered and take it from there.

SDV6 Auto obviously, Loire blue/Ebony, ugly kid glass, RLD wheel protector, private plate and maybe side steps.

So many companies sell kits like this with varying shackle strengths, at least these guys are quoting Working Load Limit not breaking strength although they do imply they can cope with more in the description by saying the break is 9.75t !

Bearing in mind a fully ladden d3/4 is 3t+ what rated shackles do others recommend?

If it's just towing then those are fine, you are not putting 3.5t strain on them as you only have to overcome rolling resistance. If you are snatching a stuck car from Thick mud then you might need something else
Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

I keep a 4tonne strop and shackles in my car. Its amazing how often they get used. I got stuck at Longleat on Tuesday Embarassed . Got pulled out by another D3. Thumbs Up I'd still be there if I didn't have my strop. Laughing

How on earth did you get stuck at longleat?
