As I don't live that far from them and am in their neck of the woods on work at the mo, I've offered to meet with Mantec sometime in the next couple of days (depends on my schedule).

This way they can look at the plate on the vehicle, take measurements and work out what's going on. I'll report back once I've been. Thumbs Up

Many thanks to the nice folks at Mantec Bow down

Spent a couple of hours with them are after swapping out several plates to compare my current plate and one from the new production run we got it sorted Mr. Green

We found my original plate did have slightly wrong bend radii, so they adjusted it to the correct angles, refitted it and found we still didn't achieve the 11mm gap between the top corners and the bumper Thud After a little further head scratching we discovered the cause.

These little critters were to blame:

The LR instructions say to remove and throw away the philips-head screws holding the spats to the front spoiler, the spats and the centre valance - but didn't say to remove these clips Confused

Now the plate sits nice and neat exactly as it should with proper 11mm gap between the top corners and the bumper Mr. Green
