I don't believe this is a phone problem.
Both phones can find the Car on bluetooth search.
The car says to enter a PIN of your choice on the phone to connect.
We do this and always get 'PIN is not correct' response on phone.
Try 0000 2003 D2a Auto TD5 good Landy gone
2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?

Phones are saying cannot connect because of incorrect PIN or Passkey.
Seems Louis tried that already which is why we're suggesting he does a hard reset of the car first. 2016 D4 TDV6 Corris Grey

I'm back again after finally taking the time to do a hard reset.
Unfortunately that has not worked. Every phone still saying 'Incorrect PIN' when trying to pair and the vehicle still does not even find a phone when using 'Vehicle to Device' pairing method.
I have tried 2121, and all other common PINs.
I'm trying to refrain from taking her to a main dealer because they will probably recommend a tonne of replacement parts including wiring loom or something daft
Do you guys think a replacement Bluetooth Module will do the job?

Have you thought of contacting the previous owner to enquire what pairing code they used?
It might save you trying 10,000 different possible codes and hoping to hit the right one. Mods:

Yes I will enquire again. I bought from a dealer who has ignored my first request, I'll get back in touch.
But, I did not think by choosing a PIN you actually set the car bluetooth to that PIN, is that correct?

I thought the PIN was for the individual connection to a specific phone in which case you are correct, the PIN used for another phone is irrelevant. 2016 D4 TDV6 Corris Grey

Try turning the phone off when it asks for pairing, then turn it on and try 0000 2003 D2a Auto TD5 good Landy gone

So I thought I'd give back some feedback on the issue I had - now fixed.
Long story short version...
Turns out my MY2012 does not have a separate bluetooth module, it is integrated into the Headunit/Screen module. (I found out the hard way by removing the rear trim panels).
Land Rover Specialist in Bristol ran diagnostics which did not report back any faults.
After many a chat with numerous Land Rover Technicians - there was no clear answer.
LR independent specialist wiped the head unit completely - downloaded and then re-installed latest software via USB stick and diagnostics machine and re-booted.
All working now as normal. Paired with iPhone, Samsung and OnePlus phones.
I would expect if I took it to a main dealer they would have wanted to replace whole unit at parts costs of >£1000!! I paid a few hours labour instead at independent specialist.
