| Fixed multi-height towpack |

Hi,
Friend has just taken delivery of a new D3. He got the dealer to fit a tow-pack - the fixed type with the three different settings. I've got the removable one, and also a RLD special, so hadn't seen them before.
The ball's currently on the lowest setting, and it needs to go to the top setting, but this seems impossible. On the top setting, the bolts catch on the green quick release handle, and the countersunk allen-key bolts don't seem long enough. Tried rotating the drop plate, but still no joy.
We couldn't figure it out, but how do you put the tow ball at the highest setting on the fixed tow-pack please?  2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
