Flies
Anybody know the best way to get rid of fly and bug detritus that accumulates on the front of a D3 when driven through Northern France?!

Re: Flies
i found a can of de bug sray in a petrol station which foams and then clears 80% by application of wash wipe, excelent short term fix on the move. at the week end i use a nylon srub sponge which does not scratch.TDV6 HSE Buckingham Blue and still smiling

Muc off is very good, spray it on and leave for a minute or so then rinse off and wipe with a sponge, takes most of it off!!Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE

Cheers for that. I have Muc Off for cleaning my mountain bike, but I have used a product with similar contents (Demon Shine) on a previous car and it left permanent blotches. Will give it a try on the windows and lights though.

Hot wet towel came up a while ago for soaking the flies off
Excellent. I needed an excuse for a curry. I'll take mine down the local Indian tonight and come belting out with the hot towel at the end of the meal...
