Fridge issue

Could this be a simple fix,someone selling fridge for a discovery powers up with with power light on but doesn't seem to get cold ,the fan spins under power, could it be he's not leaving it long enough for it to get cold ?the fridge isn't in the vehicle

Yes, chances are that the peltier element needs to be replaced. There are several threads - use search to find them. It is a DIY job. Thumbs Up

They go for any where between 85 and 150 ish so see how much the part may be first Thumbs Up Discovery 3 se gone
