Has anyone else had this: Switch fridge on, light goes on, can hear the fan fire up. A few seconds later the light goes out and the fan stops. A few seconds later the light comes on and the fan starts up again, Then it stops again. This cycle repeats itself unless you switch off the unit. It never gets cold.
Its as though its tripping a circuit breaker that resets itself.
Any ideas oh wise ones?

What fridge? The one in the armrest? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Yes indeed, I noticed this while I was doing some maint. Relay kept clicking and also battery flat a few unused days later. Fridge switch on - turned it off - no clicking and battery holds good charge 👍

A proper D3 fridge has a voltage sensing circuit on it, sounds like either your system yoltage is around the cut in and cut out point or the sensing electronics are duff. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
