to be honest, LR techies couldnt give a  on my old one, wouldnt even come out and look at it - just kept asking the dealer to send in measurements, and then instructing them to replace discs and pads. We all knew this wasnt the issue, just a short term fix, so good luck with thinking LR want to FIX something.
At one point the dealer had two D4's in with the same problem - both just got new discs and pads.
Not my problem now - sold that one, but LR will be in for a friggin mega storm if the brakes on the new one starts behaving like the old one did

Nothing to report yet. I took my D4 to the dealer this morning and was given another MY15 HSE to use. The dealer realises that just changing the pads and discs for a third time since March would be pointless and thought that LR wouldn't accept that either.
Time will tell, but if the discs warp again, I believe I'd have a strong case for rejecting the vehicle.
