Front and rear diff oil change

I have just changed the front and rear diff oil on my Disco 3 4.4V8. The front oil didn’t look too bad but the rear looked brown and horrible. The plug also had a bit of sludge buildup and some swarf (no large chunks) I am not sure this oil has even been changed in 110,000 miles. Fresh oil went in no issue but I have now noticed a whine/hum from about 60mph. Has anyone experienced this before? Do you think it’s worth changing it again as a kind of flush seeing as it was so bad?

I wouldn't waste the oil by changing it again. Unless there was metal in the old oil, it should be fine. If you've used a quality oil, leave it in.
