Fuse number is correct ..but are you checking the one in the main fuse box or the battery fuse box ?

I know this is stupid butIll ask anyway. Your not on the low fuel warning light are you. Mine does not come on if fuel light on. No matter how low the temp. Full it up and off it goes.

Fuse box behind the battery - not low on fuel.

Any other possible solutions?

Could this be related?

I've had a few instances where my FBH will NOT fire up at all

I'm also having a problem with the fuel gauge not indicating correctly (and sometimes registering empty with the orange light)

Although there IS fuel in the tank, if the gauge is up to no good, would this possibly prevent the FBH from firing up too?

Since fitting my remote FBH setup I've had a couple of occasions where it has refused to fire up on the timer, but started normally when the car was started. No idea why.

Do try swapping the fuse or testing it with a meter whilst in the fusebox; I have had them crack rather than blow and it's impossible to see the break through the plastic. I assume it's metal fatigue or something.

How do I get in about the Webasto? Don't think it's running anymore and I need to reset it. Fuse looks ok.

My one is situated right in front of the battery.... but no obvious signs of a flame/reset switch or how to get in about the gubbins of it.

Cheers.

Well, I hope that is the case sopjas as I am having no success with any of the recommended fixes. Tried everything mentioned and still no sound of it cranking into life. Taken the plug out, left it for a couple of mins and replaced. Swapped the fuse over for a new one.

I will speak to the dealer tomorrow and see what they say.... it may be as you say, it just needs a remap (touch wood).

*EDIT* OK, spoke to the tech at my local dealer and they wanna charge me £85 + VAT to hook it up to the diagnostics. Is it worth it or would I be cheaper sourcing a 2nd hand unit and/or taking off the old one and getting it checked out?

Arrrgh! Big Cry

I have tried every thing on this site to get it working even pluged my freinds working one into mine still no luck. i can honestly say that since its been in to the dealer it works fine !
£85 is cheaper than a new unit wich may need dealer visit to set up????????????

Heaters warm up very quick now !

Whistle

The error lockout mode can be cleared using T4, or by disconnecting the battery power supply
(connector C0926) for a minimum of 10 seconds.
