Well my filler cap doesn't fit
And why I'd want to put my filler cap anywhere the filthy dirty diesel drenched filler handles I'm not sure - one of my gripes about diesel vehicles is having to share fuel and fuel dispensing devices with truck and van drivers... Still have them at "proper" truck stops. The main reason they are not on most forecourts it to stop spills Renny Thomson

tried mine at the weekend - magic inner screw thread is just the right width and the "handle" stays nice and clean / clear of the pump handle."To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

Can you use the high flow diesel pumps with D3 (like you can with a defender?)

It's a good method, but on two occasions I have had over zealous staff stop the pumps mid flow, when challenged they say its health and safety and you have to have hand on pump in case of emergency, when confronted with the truck pumps equipped or doing it they had no answer other than they have to do it
Bonkers

Our local one is the furthest away from the kiosk so they don't seem to have a problem (or didn't with the defender). Saves getting a freezing cold hand whilst you wait for the cost to roll past £100 !

Nooooo, I resemble that remark. I find the fast fill pumps cleaner down here. Narpy Grill, tinted windows, Smooth leather wheel (TLO Group buy), ACM fitted (thanks TLO), Rear door loom and Row 2 & 3 audio switch upgrade, RRS 20" wheel change, 285 Cooper LTZ's Sat Nav Mod (until I get a Faultmate upgrade), Front & Rear lamp guards. 4x4 screen now switched on - Woody32, Follow me home reverse lights - woody32, Auto release EPB - Woody32. Off Road Navigation - Woody32. Remap + EGR's switched off. Full chassis clean and Waxoyl.

It's because the risk assessment under the DSEAR regs is slightly different for commercial vehicles as they are separate diesel only pumps ...whereas the mixed fuel pumps on the rest of the forecourt are deemed a higher risk ...but you can have the latching system where its attended service ..but not where its unattended self service 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
