Fuel Fired Heater problem ? |
|
Hi , Does the Fuel fired heater have its own temperature sender to detect the starting temperture or does it use an engine coolant temp sender . If so where is it . The reason I ask is I suspect that mine stopped working in the last few cold days of the winter and I thought I would check it now by possibly using a cooling spray on the temp sender to fool it into fireing up ? Thanks Jonathan

ISTR it takes it from the cars abient temperature sensor which is usually behind the front bumper bar.
You need to get it down to 5 degrees and the snowflake symbol will appear on the dash Bodsys Brake Bible
