Plus see the battery is only at 11.5 Vdc, may I ask does the FBH lock out if the Vdc are too low please , thks
will refuse to start ... not sure if that counts as a "fail" though. 3 fails and it locks out, I believe.

That screenshot shows that the coolant pump error was 9 days before the lockout and all we know about the 11.5v is that the ignition was on - we don't know if the engine was running - so the 11.5v might be a red herring here with regard to the FBH.
I'd say clear the codes, pull the FBH fuse, check the battery voltage with the engine running and then use the GAP to test the FBH operation again. If the coolant pump error recurs, then that is the problem - but it could simply be the pump wiring rather than the pump itself.Previously:

If you clear the code does it come back after your next journey?
If not, then ignore it.
If it does recur then clean the MAF sensor with electrical contact cleaner or (at a pinch) brake cleaner.
If the error keeps coming back, replace the MAF sensor.Previously:
