Gearbox flush / filter change

Autobbox on my D4 Tdv6 is feeling a bit 'slow' (6 speed) - in drive pulling away there is a lag when cold and also when coming off the throttle & back on at slow speeds. Also takes a bit of persuading to change up into 6th.

What I'm wondering is what the benefits / risks are for the two options I think are available. First option is a full dialysis replacing all the oil but not the filters, second option is to replace the filters & do a double flush of the oil.

Any suggestions please?
