I used these guys back in 2019 to flush my gearbox.

There's not much travel time for you, maybe? Be warned, the place is in the middle of nowhere, so it's best to drop the car off for the day if possible. I ended up sitting on the wall outside for the afternoon while I waited. The old girl drove sweetly when they gave it back to me. The gearbox was a lot more responsive.
Good luck "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

Give Ian Bodsworth (Bodsy) a call he will come to you. Tel 07770 638023
Much better than Alltrack (I have had a bad experience with them)
