Just had mine done, this looks like the wrong part no for the current model I think. Perhaps someone on here can advise.

and why do we only get a photo of the label on the box? is there anything actually inside the box?

Craig, yours will probably reduce the noise if you take the cover off and clean the mud out. Simple fix. 
Oh and they do get noisier when it gets to zero degrees or so..... Bodsys Brake Bible
