I've just been looking around the new D4's at T.H.White. They had a few HSE's & some other models.
The D4 looks better "in the flesh" than in photos, even the rear lights look a little less "Halfords". I still prefer the original version of the D3, but that's just my opinion.
I was worried that the interior would be too plush for how I like to use my D3, but I think it will wipe down after muddy dogs/kids etc. with only a little extra work needed.
Apart from no longer have a space under the ashtray where my wallet fits exactly, I really liked the interior. BUT, why oh why do Land Rover think that we prefer a dark(ish) shade of grey leather to black.
I hate grey leather, reminds me of cheap & nasty shoes. Saab did the same a few years ago, although they might have returned to black leather on the latest models.
I suppose the argument might be that grey shows less dirt than black.
Others might of course love grey leather, but I was really rather sad to see it.

As said in another thread, also the shelf in front of the sat nav screen has been replaced with a shiny piece of curved plastic. That means no mobile phone shelf

Yeah I forgot that, shame as it's a useful place for a phone, especially when you're in an area of poor reception.

Lancaster in Reading were driving a nice shiney "barley blue" one into the showroom this morning while I was dropping mine off. Have to say it looked rather nice.
Am liking the new air vents on both front wings.
Not so sure they have the specs right, what with there being no SE model.
Thus must be a ploy to get customers to spec upwards and spend lots of cash to get things like memory seats etc.
I don't see them being as good value now. Welcome "Lola"
