wrong, no need for OP licence as gross train weight of disco + trailer is 7000kg, only need an OP if yer 7500kg or above.
UK tacho rules apply. If yer "self employed" then the Working Time Directive does not apply to you as not all EU member states have agreed a common acceptance for the self employed.
In general if yer disco and trailer has a gross weight of more than 3500 kg, then tacho to be fitted EVEN if you are carrying your own stuff/work equipment (you have an exemption of 50km from your base for not having a tacho where you/employee are carrying your own kit)
one further note, do not thing for a moment that you can use an A-frame/dolly for towing a car behind yer disco 3, illegal as well

I thought dollys are ok with the correct licence i.e. a travellers/fair licence thingy ma bob as the RAC / AA do? 2015 BMW i3 REX
