| Guava Guildford = Good Service Again, LR not so hot |

Booked in for brake recall, asked them to look at leaking sunroof whilst in. Arrived 9.30AM to be told expect brake parts from LR had not been delivered and no warning given. 
Will on reception (good chap) offered to have a look at sunroof whilst I waited to save wasted trip. Result > problem fixed and no charge.
This is the second time they have fixed something for free - last time they sorted out sticking EPB, again whilst I waited.
Without doubt the best customer service from any of the 3 LR stealers I have tried (Harwoods Basingstoke, Hunters Guildford) and a great example of how to turn a negative situation around.
