Just got my D3 back from Guy Salmon Ascot. Put it in for some warranty work, all went well collected the car service rep was very helpful and courteous. Was all let down by the half ars*d attempt at a wash and Hoover. The valet must have been two foot tall as that’s about how far up the car it was washed. I think next time I will tell them not to bother as they just rubbed the dirty around . Rant over

Same here with the wash. After taking it up the a*se at Guy Salmon, Thames Ditton, I expected the valet to be good but just got clean outside and a bit of a puddle inside. No hoovering and dusting.
Apart from that I have to say that the customer service is fantastic but so it should be with those service costs.
I did buy some bits there a few weeks ago and then asked one of the guys which was the best way to fit them and he came out, in the rain, and fitted them for me. 15 mins work, what would that have cost?

Speak nicely to GS Thames Ditton and they should give a discount for service work & parts. Loving the power of the TDV8!

GSTD will pricematch lower charging dealerships but you need to agree the price beforehand. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
