75k service today. Normal service was done, also replaced both front lower wishbones and ball joints because of heavy knocking, and fixed the park brake which was screeching. I did visit a couple of weeks ago to let them test the car and identify the knock and the PB issues, and to ensure all parts were going to be available for the service.
The service has been excellent, the car is now as clean as the day I got it! best valet in a long time 
The issues are fixed, but I have to admit, the park brake makes me cringe everytime I use it, I need to get my confidence back in it. It has failed so many times, and my hopes have been built so many times only to be disappointed. BUT its working now, long may it last.
The bill was reasonable, I'm sure I could have gone elsewhere and saved a few quid, but service is what counts.
Communication was excellent, and the courtesy car was a brand new D3 GS (silver of course  )
