would just like to say thank you to Guy Salmon Stockport for reviving my faith in dealers, recently switched dealers as felt i wasn't getting the customer service, i have just had my D3 in for its 3rd year service and MOT i also asked for the sat nav to be up dated and the bluetooth upgraded to down load the address book, to cut the story short, the blue tooth did not work when i went pick up but once pointed out i was immediatly given the keys back for the loan car and they ask if i would continue to use it and they would sort, i later got a call to say the module had failed and they had arranged for a new part, unfortunatley wouldn't be available until the following morning, any way call at 11:30 to day to say all done and tested, all i can say is that they kept me inform not only during the service and mot but also while the waranty work was completed and i now have a pristeen valeted car, so permagrin reinitiated and faith in LR dealers also back. TT,
did you pay for the upgrades to SATNAV and Bluetooth, or did you manage to wangle any of it as warranty work

unfortunatley i paid but the service had £100 discount so it coverd them in fairness.Tintenter
