I have the D3 display, I retro fitted it as the MOST system was all there.
I like the 4x4 info, but as we are all aware the nav is limited.

I am leaning towards the Q-ROI 3, with android 6, and data sim abilities.

Seems to me there is a lot of confusion going on here, especialy having in mind title of the thread.

GVIF is Gigabit Video Interface and it does what is said, you have several video inputs including reverse camera and you can connect it to existing (or retrofitted) screen in your car. This is link to GVIF https://gsmserver.com/gvif-interface-for-l...an-jaguar/

Link you provided https://gsmserver.com/q-roi-3-navigation-b...-monitors/ to Q-ROI 3 is something completely different. It is navigation box with Android 6. It is something like tablet without screen, but be careful what it can do. This box does NOT HAVE ANY video inputs so you cannot hook reverse camera or surround camera on it.

What must not confuse you is the box itself within which these appliances are mounted. The box used is the same for GVIF and Q-ROI 3, but these are NOT the same appliances.

If you open Owerview tab and scroll down you will get to link for downloading user manuals and installation instructions for each product. There you can see interfaces and functions and screens you can expect.

However, you need to be careful what you choose and be certain that it can be hooked to Discovery 3 or not, because not all LRs have the same interfaces mounted.

I hope I helped to clear some things ...
