I only bought the 170pc set yesterday (still 50% off, mind). Not used it yet. Am undecided whether to take the 170 back and exchange for the 150. The 170 seems to have more ratchet spanners, more sockets, a full complement of socket adapters, and various other things I may never use...
Either way, it will get its christening tomorrow: Day off work to replace my front ARB bushes and fit my new V8 brakes on the front.

Tools are not real spending, tools are an investment. You don't have to do much DIY / dealer avoidance to claw back the investment and with a Land Rover you don't have to wait long for the opportunity either.
