Absolutely.
Mostly the 'phone goes to answer-phone; voice-mails & emails are dealt with at the end of the day.
Mark has looked after my Land Rovers for very many years & I can't speak too highly of him.
I don't want to pay for coffee and eye candy reception staff.
He's always very busy, so you have to book up in advance, except in case of emergency; which is a good sign.
The courtesy car(s) are reliable bangers - but I would never go anywhere else.

I've heard so many good things about Mark.
Unfortunately every time I've tried to give him some work I've ended up going back to doing it myself because he couldn't touch it for at least two weeks.
As Nigel says, that's great for planned maintenance, but it would be really good to have somebody good around who could jump on unplanned stuff quickly.
But I suppose the good guys are always busy.

Stephen
Here's his website: http://www.west4x4.co.uk/ tell him I recommended you, but as Nasher says he's always busy.
Ask what he thinks about doing the water pump at the same time. I didn't but at a lower mileage than you.
Let us know how you get on.
Regards
