Hard wire nextbase dash cam to fuse board
Hi all, I could do with some help after failing to find a answer to my question in the forum searches.
All the posts seem to be people cutting the cigarette lighter socket off and looking for a ignition live in the a pillars. I have the hard wire kit that requires you to find a ignition live take out the fuse, plug in the hard wire kit and refit the fuse in the end of the hard wire kit. My question is what fuse can I use for this ?

I fitted mine yesterday
I used the one for my electric windows, cant remember the number but it was the easiest one to get to with my fat fingers. (possibly 37) - don't know if the D4 layout is different.
Wanted a switched one as didn't want it live all the time.
Earth wire was connected to the earth point behind the trim with the bonnet release

It can also be fitted to one of the fuses behind the passenger side glove box but you need to have the gizmo that puts the camera to sleep after a period of time or it will drain the battery.Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector

Mine is wired into the fuse box behind the glovebox
Shuts down fairly quickly after the ignition key is removed, presume when the car goes to sleep.
