Head light adjustment

Hi I have just bought a D4 2010 hse with adaptive headlights and found after driving it in the dark the beam pattern had a dark spot in it.
After a bit of searching i found it was set for right hand drive in the light. So i adjusted it and the dark spot is gone.
But dip beam is very low almost to the point of dangerous. As you cant see very far at all down the road. if you need to dip at speeds above 25 mph your almost taking your life in your hands.

So i have had another seach but i couldn't find how to set the dip beam up a bit.
Does any one have any info?

Or is it an iid tool job?

Ok i had a spare 30mins last night andtook the light out and had a look inside.

The top adjuster moves both beam patterns up. So I have made the adjustments and its much better now.

I also fitted a pair of H7 main beam bulbs plus 130% from ring and im very pleased with them.
they are just as good if not a bit better than the Osram night breakers i have in the defender 90 headlights.

Off to get some for the van now.
