| Heated Rear Window problem |

Hi. I had my wet dogs in the car at the weekend and they completely steamed up the back window.
I noticed when I put the HRW on there were two sections - well two of the elements - that didnt heat/clear.
Is this something that can be fixed easily?
When I bought it from the dealer (2nd user) he threw in Tints and 12 months warranty.
Could the tints have caused it and am I likely to get this covered via the warranty?

When you say two elements, do you mean in the rear window itself ? or on the side windows...?
If the latter, then that is the aerial - not heated rear window elements. The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

No, I meant on the back window. There are two lines in the top third of the window, about 8-10 inches long that didnt clear
