Heavy metal lumps under the rear |
|
Hi,
I'm a regular on the RRSPORT.CO.UK forum and because the LR3 has been out longer and uses the same stuff underneath to my car I thought you guys may know the answer to this one.
At the rear of the car there are some heavy lumps of metal, seemingly swinging about, probably on some sort of rubber damper.
Apart from weight balancing, can anyone tell me what they are for exactly? Is it part of the 4x4 information system to tell when the car is level etc?
Cheers
