HELP!

Sunday morning and I'm trying to install towbar electrics - at least I would if I could get the rear light housings off -I've removed screws and done what it says in the handbook - but they won't come off - any tips

Reluctant to go for the big mallet solution as I think rear light clusters are expensive if they break!

Just put a screwdriver wraped in a rag between the light and the body and gently wedge it out (be carefull of the body paint). When it start moving you can pull it by hand.

What AN said Thumbs Up or a wedge of wood/plastic spatula if you don't like the thought of metal on your bodywork.

Great - that worked - thanks

NEXT Dumb question - how do the multi connectors separate - don't seem to just pull apart - do you have to lever down the catch or something?

Must remember to buy some metric spanners. Meanwhile, Land Rover Assistance have their uses even if not the intended ones.
