Id say you are alone yes
The face lift especially with signature leds looks light yrs newer and better - IMO
Current D4 with B4 face lift conversion
Ex - D3 Gs with 4 face conversion

But I'm really, really not interested in cars looking "newer and better"; a design is simply good, or bad, irrespective of age.
The original D3 design was clever and immediately recognisable as a Land Rover. The D4 made changes which didn't necessarily improve it, but we're at least in keeping with the superb original.
The D4 facelift adds a front end that, while it looks more in keeping with their current designs, doesn't match the rest of the car; it looks disturbingly like putting brash red lipstick and a boob tube on your, otherwise extremely well respected, granny! 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

i have D4 2010 fitted with xenon's. i dont want to change the rear lights though. Please PM the cost without rear lights.
