will have to be repaired my partner is disabled from the army when she was in Kosovo so she’s now house bound

Trying to take my understanding of this a step at a time. Has the fault been diagnosed? Have they declined a claim for a specific repair? Gary

Well today tried to turn crankshaft using g pulley bolt car in neutral and not a chance totally solid
